The company prescribes necessary processes and manages these processes in order to guarantee that the products and services can satisfy customer requirements. To implement and verify the prescribed processes, the company has established a quality management system that satisfies the requirements of GJB9001B-2009 standard. Meanwhile, the company also adopts necessary measures to ensure the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the established quality management system and constant improvement of its effectiveness.
The company has formulated Quality Manual and related procedure documents. Quality management system's procedure documents include:
a. Procedures required to be documented by the standard;
b. Procedures to guarantee the effective operation and control of the processes by the company.
Refer to Diagram 4-1 Process-based Quality Management System Model for process method and do the following:
a. Ensure the acquisition of resources and information required by the processes;
b. Confirm the criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes;
c. Confirm the sequences and interactions of these processes;
d. Monitor, measure and analyze these processes;
e. Review outsourcing process, implement outsourcing process upon approval, and monitor the execution of outsourcing process. When the customer puts forward requirements, outsourcing process has to be approved by the customer.
The company's outsourcing process relates to forging, casting, electroplating, metrological verification, transportation, electric control system, etc. As for the evaluation and selection of outsourcers, implement the control of outsourcers in accordance with requirements of 7.4 and execute CY/QG02-10-2016 Control Procedures for Outsourcing Process.
f. According to the requirements of products, establish, implement and maintain the products' reliability, maintainability, supportability, testability, safeness, environment suitability, etc.
The company should manage these processes according to the requirements of the standard.
4.1.4 Realize the scheduled targets planned by the processes and improve these processes constantly.
4.1.5 Accept customers' or their representatives' quality supervision.
